1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ScanToPDF Plus, you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Terms of Use set forth by Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd..

If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately and discontinue use.

This agreement is between you (the end user) and Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd., not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScanToPDF Plus on your iPhone or iPad, strictly for personal or internal business use, subject to this EULA and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

You must not:

Copy, modify, or redistribute the app or any part of its code.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

Use the app for unlawful or commercial exploitation.

Circumvent or disable security or licensing mechanisms.

Use the app in a manner that may damage or impair services provided by Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

3. App Description & Functionality

ScanToPDF Plus allows users to:

Scan documents using the iOS camera with edge detection and image enhancement tools.

Convert multiple file types (images, Office files, text, HTML, etc.) into high-quality PDFs.

Process files entirely on-device — no uploads or cloud storage are required for core functionality.

Optionally access premium features such as batch conversion, file compression, and advanced PDF quality settings.

4. Account and Data Privacy

The app does not require an account for basic functionality.

All processing is done locally on your device, and your scanned documents or converted files are not uploaded to any external server unless you choose to share or back them up.

Data collected for app improvement (if any) is handled per our Privacy Policy

, which complies with Apple’s App Store Data Collection Guidelines (Section 5.1), the GDPR, and the CCPA.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features are available under a Premium plan via Apple’s in-app purchase system.

Payment is processed securely by Apple Inc..

Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not store or have access to your payment details.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Refunds are handled solely by Apple under its App Store refund policy.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

6. User Responsibilities

By using ScanToPDF Plus, you agree to:

Use the app only for lawful purposes.

Ensure scanned or converted documents do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

Avoid uploading or generating offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

Violation of these conditions may result in termination of your license and access to Premium features.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, designs, and source code in ScanToPDF Plus are the property of Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The app and its components are protected by intellectual property laws in India and internationally.

You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you through use or purchase.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may use limited third-party frameworks for analytics, crash reporting, or optional cloud integrations (e.g., iCloud, Files App).

Each third-party service is governed by its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for data handling by third-party providers.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind.

We do not warrant that:

The app will function uninterrupted or error-free.

All features will be compatible with every iOS version or device.

The output quality will meet all user expectations.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Data loss or corruption.

Inability to use the app.

Device malfunction resulting from app usage.

If liability cannot be excluded by law, it shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Premium version, if any.

11. Termination

This license remains valid until terminated by either party.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Breach any term of this EULA, or

Misuse the app in violation of applicable laws.

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the app.

12. Apple-Specific EULA Provisions (Per App Store Policy §3.1)

You acknowledge and agree that:

This EULA is between you and Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd., not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the app or its maintenance.

Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app.

In case of non-conformity, your sole remedy is a refund from Apple, if applicable.

Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd., not Apple, is responsible for handling:

Product liability claims

Legal or regulatory non-compliance

Consumer protection issues

You represent that you are not located in a U.S. embargoed country and are not on any restricted party list.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and Apple has the right to enforce it against you.

13. Updates and Modifications

We may update these Terms and the app periodically to enhance functionality or comply with legal requirements.

Material changes will be posted on https://appsdoms.com/terms

Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of revised terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
