Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using SignEasy - Digital Sign (the "App") operated by Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, then you may not access or use the App.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using SignEasy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

SignEasy is a digital signature application that allows users to:
- Create and manage digital signatures
- Import and view documents (PDFs and images)
- Add signatures and annotations to documents
- Manage user profiles
- Export signed documents
The App stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your documents, signatures, or personal information to our servers.
3. USER ACCOUNTS AND DATA

3.1 Local Storage
All data, including signatures, documents, and user profile information, is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for:
- Backing up your data
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Protecting your device from unauthorized access
3.2 Data Loss
We are not responsible for any loss of data, including but not limited to signatures, documents, or user information, that may occur due to:
- Device malfunction or failure
- Accidental deletion
- Software updates
- Device loss or theft
- Any other circumstances beyond our control
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use SignEasy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the App to create, sign, or distribute fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized documents
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services
4.2 Document Legality
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- Documents you sign are legal and valid in your jurisdiction
- Digital signatures created using this App meet the legal requirements for your intended use
- You have the authority to sign the documents you process through this App
4.3 Legal Validity
Digital signatures created with SignEasy may not have the same legal validity as handwritten signatures in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify that digital signatures created with this App are legally acceptable for your intended use.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 App Ownership
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 User Content
You retain all rights to the documents, signatures, and content you create or import into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content only as necessary to provide the App's functionality.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY
We do not warrant that:
- The App will function uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
- The App will meet your requirements or expectations
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAINCUBER TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- LOSS OF PROFITS
- LOSS OF DATA
- LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
- ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP
8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any third-party right
- Any content you submit or transmit through the App
9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
10. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App.

14. MISCELLANEOUS

14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. regarding the use of the App.
14.2 Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
14.3 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
15. AGE RESTRICTIONS

The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use this App. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have obtained your parent's or guardian's permission to use this App.
