1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SignEasy, you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Terms of Use set forth by Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately and discontinue use.

This agreement is between you (the end user) and Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd., not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SignEasy on your iPhone or iPad, strictly for personal or internal business use, subject to this EULA and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

You must not:

Copy, modify, or redistribute the app or any part of its code.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
Use the app for unlawful or commercial exploitation.
Circumvent or disable security or licensing mechanisms.
Use the app in a way that may damage or impair services provided by Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

3. App Description & Functionality

SignEasy enables users to:

Digitally sign PDF or image-based documents securely.
Import documents from local storage, Files app, or cloud services.
Create, manage, and store digital signatures on-device.
Add text, initials, or dates to documents for official or personal signing.
Export, share, or print signed PDFs directly.

All processing is done locally on the device. Your documents and signatures are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share or back them up.

Premium features may include cloud sync, signature templates, or enhanced export options.

4. Account and Data Privacy

No account is required for basic functionality.
Documents and signatures remain stored on your device unless you use optional cloud integrations.
We comply with Apple’s App Store Data Collection Guidelines (Section 5.1), GDPR, and CCPA.
Any analytics or diagnostic data collected is used solely for app improvement, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some premium tools are available via Apple’s in-app purchase system.

Payments are processed securely by Apple Inc.
Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not access or store your payment data.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Refunds are managed solely by Apple under its App Store refund policy.
Manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings.

6. User Responsibilities

By using SignEasy, you agree to:

Use the app lawfully and ethically.
Ensure that signed documents are not fraudulent or infringing.
Avoid uploading or generating harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license and access to premium features.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, source code, and design elements of SignEasy are owned by Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The app and its components are protected by intellectual property laws in India and worldwide.
You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you through use or purchase.

8. Third-Party Services

SignEasy may integrate optional third-party services such as:

iCloud for document storage
Files app or other sharing extensions
Analytics or crash reporting tools

Each third-party provider operates under its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for third-party data practices.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind.
We do not warrant that:

The app will function uninterrupted or error-free.
All features will work on all iOS devices or versions.
Output files will be accepted as legally valid in all jurisdictions (users are responsible for compliance in their region).

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages.
Data loss or corruption.
Legal disputes arising from use of the digital signature tool.
Any malfunction caused by misuse or system incompatibility.

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the Premium version, if any.

11. Termination

Your license remains valid until terminated by you or us.
We may suspend or revoke your access if you:

Breach any clause of this EULA, or
Misuse the app or violate applicable laws.

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the app and associated files.

12. Apple-Specific EULA Provisions (Per App Store Policy §3.1)

You acknowledge that:

This EULA is between you and Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd., not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the app’s maintenance or performance.
Apple has no warranty obligation regarding SignEasy.
Your sole remedy for issues is a refund from Apple, if applicable.

Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is solely responsible for:

Product liability claims
Legal or regulatory compliance
Consumer protection issues

You confirm that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not on any restricted list.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.

13. Updates and Modifications

We may update the app or these terms at any time to enhance performance, security, or legal compliance.
Significant updates will be posted at https://appsdoms.com/terms.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
