1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Audio Recording & Crafting, you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Terms of Use set forth by Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately and discontinue use.

This agreement is between you (the end user) and Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd., not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Audio Recording & Crafting on your iPhone or iPad, strictly for personal or professional use, subject to this EULA and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

You must not:

Copy, modify, or redistribute the app or any part of its code.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the app for unlawful, deceptive, or commercial exploitation.
Circumvent or disable any security or licensing mechanism.
Use the app in a way that may harm, disable, or overload any system operated by Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

3. App Description & Functionality

Audio Recording & Crafting enables users to:

Record high-quality voice and sound clips using the device microphone.
Edit, trim, merge, and enhance audio recordings.
Apply filters, effects, or sound tools for creative customization.
Organize and export recordings in multiple audio formats.
Save files locally or share via other apps or cloud storage (optional).

All recording and editing processes are done locally on your device. Your audio files are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share them.

Premium features may include enhanced editing tools, longer recording sessions, and additional sound effects.

4. Account and Data Privacy

The app does not require user registration for basic use.
All recordings and edited files remain stored on your device unless you back them up manually.
We comply with Apple’s App Store Data Collection Guidelines (Section 5.1), GDPR, and CCPA.
Any diagnostic or crash data (if collected) is used only to improve performance and user experience, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features are offered via Apple’s secure in-app purchase system.

Payments are processed solely by Apple Inc.
Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not store or access your payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal period.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple per its App Store refund policy.
Manage or cancel your subscription through Apple ID settings.

6. User Responsibilities

By using Audio Recording & Crafting, you agree to:

Use the app legally and ethically.
Respect privacy and consent laws when recording others.
Avoid creating, editing, or sharing harmful, explicit, or copyrighted content without permission.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, source code, and trademarks in Audio Recording & Crafting are owned by Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The app and its components are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You do not obtain any ownership rights by purchasing or using the app.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate optional third-party frameworks, such as:

iCloud or Files app for document storage
Analytics or crash reporting tools for improvement

Each service is governed by its own Privacy Policy and Terms.
Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for how third-party providers handle user data.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty.
We do not guarantee that:

The app will always run error-free or uninterrupted.
All features will work on every device or iOS version.
The audio quality will meet all user expectations.

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized use.
Damages resulting from misuse or technical issues.

If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the Premium version (if applicable).

11. Termination

This license remains valid until terminated by you or by us.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

Breach this EULA, or
Use the app unlawfully or abusively.

Upon termination, you must delete the app and all associated data.

12. Apple-Specific EULA Provisions (Per App Store Policy §3.1)

You acknowledge that:

This agreement is between you and Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd., not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the app’s maintenance or support.
Apple provides no warranty or liability for Audio Recording & Crafting.
Any claim regarding refunds must be made to Apple directly.

Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is solely responsible for:

Product liability claims
Legal or regulatory compliance
Consumer protection matters

You confirm that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on any restricted party list.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.

13. Updates and Modifications

We may update or revise these Terms and the app periodically to comply with new regulations or to improve performance.
Significant updates will be posted on https://appsdoms.com/terms.
Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised EULA.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
