This Privacy Policy describes how AI Nexus ("AI Nexus", "we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the AI Nexus application on your iPhone or iPad.

AI Nexus is developed and owned by Braincuber Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

1. Introduction

AI Nexus is a unified launcher that opens the official websites of third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Perplexity, etc.) inside an in-app browser.

AI Nexus does not run its own AI models and does not operate its own cloud servers.
All processing, browsing history, and settings are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to interact with third-party providers.

By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Information AI Nexus Collects

AI Nexus collects only the minimal information required for app functionality, and all of it remains on your device.

2.1. Data Stored Locally

Browsing History
Recently visited AI websites inside the in-app browser.
App Usage Statistics
Counts such as number of visits per provider.
Preferences & Settings
Theme, onboarding status, toggle configurations.
Optional: API Keys (if user adds manually)
Stored securely in the iOS Keychain and used only to authenticate directly with the provider.

AI Nexus does NOT collect or store:

Name
Email address
Phone number
Contact list
Photos
Location
Device advertising identifiers
IP address
Sensitive personal information

We do not use any external analytics SDKs.

3. Information Collected by Third-Party AI Providers

When you open a third-party AI website inside AI Nexus (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.), you interact directly with that provider.

They may collect information such as:

Account login details (if you sign in)
Conversations or chat content
Cookies / website analytics
Device information

AI Nexus does not control, access, or store any of this data.

4. How We Use Your Data

AI Nexus uses locally stored information to:

Display your browsing history
Resume your last session
Provide usage summaries
Apply theme and preference settings
Authenticate with AI providers (only if you choose to add API keys)

We do not:

Share or sell user data
Track users
Use data for advertising
Upload any data to our servers (we do not have servers)

5. Data Security

We take the following steps to secure your information:

Local storage using iOS secure containers
API keys stored in the iOS Keychain
No remote transmission unless the user interacts with third-party websites
No external analytics or third-party trackers

You can delete your data anytime via:

Clear History
Reset App Data
Remove API Keys
Uninstall the app

Uninstalling the app deletes all locally stored information.

6. Children’s Privacy

AI Nexus is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Third-party AI providers may have their own age requirements.
Please refer to their Terms.

7. International Transfers

AI Nexus does not transfer or store your data outside the device.
However, third-party AI providers you use may process data globally according to their own policies.

8. Your Rights

Because AI Nexus does not collect personal data, most privacy rights (GDPR/CCPA/CPRA) do not apply directly.

However, you can:

Clear your browsing history
Remove API keys
Reset usage statistics
Uninstall the app to remove all stored data

For rights related to AI services (such as deleting conversations), use the tools provided by each AI platform directly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect app improvements or legal updates.
The latest version will always be included in the app and may also appear in release notes.
